I just called the MP that I vote for in my area and booked an appointment. At the appointment, I explain our situation and was given a form for my fiance to fill out (to give the person permision to inquire on your behalf). I scaned it and sent it to him, and he filled it out and send it back to me, with a photocopy of his passport. Well everyone says it's 2-3 months after the medicals. However, a lot of visa offices are on strike right now, and I am not sure if Bucharest is one of them. So the CIC website says to expect delays. Hopefully we are not affected and if we are, that they resolve the situation as soon as possible!MousChelsea said:
