Sa nagpa sputum test po sa IOM ask ko lang po bakit pinapapunta kaagad sa pulmonologist ng makati med kahi wala pa namang result yung sputum at repeat xray?

hi everyone. hope you will help me with my concern..again

according to medical furtherance letter, you have 90 days to comply. i will be having my sputum next week which will take 2-3 months for the result to come out, plus the repeat chest xray. Should i accomplish all of these within 90 days? i mean, sputum exam requires more than 2 mos, then repeat xray. it will not be possible to complete all these within 90 days, unless the hosp will be fast, but i doubt it.

Hi. You are to comply within the 90 days. The outcome or result may not be ready in 3 months on the dot. The most important thing is to go for the furtherance test within the 90 days. Am I clear?

My timelines can be seen on the left side of this post. My medicals had been posted on the 10th July 2015.
My wife was asked to do an additional test on the 7th of August 2015. (Sputum +culture) We were shocked because she never had a case of TB before. She finished the 3 consecutive tests today (17, 18 and 19 August) at IOM. Please pray for us. Now we have to wait for 2 months for Culture.

hello! Hopefully everything will turn out fine eventually... Let us just pray the cultures come out negative of any abnormal finding and xrays will reveal stable. Just Pray and everything will work for your good. Nothing is impossible to those who have faith...

Hello All,

I am going to Schedule Appointment for repeat chest x ray on August 29, 2015 as CHC New Delhi wrote in the letter to complete medical furtherance (3 Consecutive days sputum and Repeat chest x ray on August 29, 2015) and exited as well as nervous too. My sputum culture result out as per recent work with doctor and lab assistant but they can't disclose it over the phone now and suggest me to come to hospital on August 29, 2015 for repeat chest x ray and they will let me know.

I just want to know if hospital not informed anything about the result and not ask me for further lab test or treatment means my sputum culture result are negative or still there is chance of treatment. Please help me

Also if one can let me know how long chc new delhi take for ppr after my medical furtherance completed...? Shall I expect it to arrive by mid september if it is clear on August 29, 2015 or it will take longer time.

I think they have completed with my rest formalities like background checking and all and they are just waiting for medical results if I am not wrong than. Please senior or any one who got visa after medical furtherance completed please light on it and let me know. Thanks

­i received a furtherance email from New Delhi Regional Medical Office (RMO) requesting further tests. I have history of PTB so I know what they would want from me. But i am leaving for another country. Can i give sputum tests and/or post culture X-ray at a different panel physician (than where I completed initial tests) and in a different country? I tried to email new delhi RMO via the email address they provided in their furtherance email (https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/in­tro-eng.aspx?mission=new delhi) but despite repeated attempts the link does not open.

So, i have two questions:

1) can I give sputum tests and Post culture Xray in a different country/panel physician?
2) how can I contact new Delhi regional medical office? Any valid email or contact number?

Are you leaving the country for a vacation or is this a permanent move? If it's only for vacation, no you cannot change your DMP. They only consider a different DMP if you moved somewhere permanently or if your DMP has closed.

He was hit by Hypertension and Xray therefore Sputum is required. He always have his annual physical exam on his company and negative is always the result. However, he is frequently coughing since then and he is working on a night shift...
Is there a possibility that this is will be positive?

Another question, we have IME number. But the receptionist never hear us say that we have instructions from Immigration. So what she did is she asked if i am upfront and i dont know about that. I just followed her through the logging and all.. Now, we have two ID for Medical Exam... I already informed them about our IME number and they say it is now noted. How can i be sure that it will not cause any problem.. Please advise.

Upfront is doing ME without instruction from the embassy yet. It is available for family sponsorship. For your question if its really positive, maybe if you have any doubt of the result from IOM, you should seek for a 2nd opinion from outside hospital. But usually, their findings still prevails. I mean you really have to follow what they ask you to do. If you need to take additional tests then you have to.. That's all you can do to pass the ME.

My trip is definitely not for vacation purposes but for a PhD course. My case officer already knows about it. Is that a good enough reason to change DMP for post-culture CXR only?

Its been 8 days after the sputum test for my wife and no call from IOM about the Smear. I am really worried. Is this how they go about it? Please help!
