Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

HI ,
We applied for my Wife's Family Class Sponsor Ship Visa
it received application to sponsor on September 23, 2015.
and i received correspondence acknowledging receipt of application(s) on November 13, 2015.
and they sent it to Colombo and started processing application on December 9, 2015.
after that i got an email form Colombo, on 2/10/16
{Submit copies of alterations and observations pages of your passport. This must be received at this office by: 2016/03/10
Ø Submit new updated schedule A form. For questions 8 and 12 you have to give answers from your 18 yrs of age to date without leaving any gaps. Even though the form indicates that information is needed from either 18yrs of age or the past 10 yrs , information is needed from your 18 yrs of age to continue processing your application. This must be received at this office by: 2016/03/10}
and we submitted it within 2 days since the receiving the email and since then there is nothing happen. just (In Process) when i check in status. How much does it takes to process in Colombo normally .

i Hope the sponser can view the real time updates.......... To view they need to signup for myaccount in cic with bank account....And i guess they are starting spousal application to view online from 26th may ie tomorrow.
I have to ask my wife to sign and check how its showing.....i hope it will show some clear process

I applied back in sept 2015 and file got transferred in JAN 2016. All went to processing in Feb 2016 and haven't heard anything back since then. Submitted all Documents as one package (Police clearance, medical, photos etc)
I got a GCMS notes today and it still says criminality check and security "not started"
Wondering if this is usual and what email address is used to contact Colombo office for case specific inquiries ?

It looks normal for me...Anyway below is the email address for colombo visa office and you can email them but if it is within normal processing time they wont reply you...or other way is case specific enquiry which is same it goes to the colombo visa office.skmayu said:

I applied in August 25, 2015. Still waiting on it. requested for additional documents by Visa office and dropped off in Feb 2016. No signs from the.luci1209 said:
