oooooooo yes yes, i'm excited for an update this week.. I'm hoping next week should bring us all some news. But then again we haven't heard from the rest Watnxt.. Who knows! Shiff and them may have gotten the visa and they just havent updated us but we shall see..

Hey my Police clearance expired last week. Not sure if we need to get another one. I remeber you told me that PC wouldnt affect and they wouldnt ask. Hope they will not ask...will see

hey Mel, small change in mine.. they actually got my app on 20th of October, and the Med were done in end of July... IM still waitingg my 8 months of sposnor is complete, moving on to 9 months..... and no response from the Colombo Office...

And yeah, u go into check your application status on the site.

Guys also as a note, I took a guess on Gayan's wife meds because he said that she had to land before the 12th of June, so I made an assumption on that. We all know you must land before you meds expire or the 3 month period is up from the time they issue the visa.. So according to the calculations, it seems that the meds might be the reason they have to land before the 12th. However, I might be wrong!!!

Watnxt - Police clearance expiration plays no role.. Since they do an internal check on their end, they will not ask you for a new one even if it expires during the process.

Mell, I Need to know something from you, my Medical is going to expire on 25th of June, I Need to know if I get Visa in June, do I want to leave the Sri Lanka, Before 25th of June. or Can I stay two or 3 month's in Sri Lanka ( Until end of July or August) after I get visa.
Because I have to stay for my Cousins wedding. which is on end of July, how can I get this chance.

As I know, you have to be here in canada before Med expires. Some one I know couldnt come to canada bz her med expired and had to go through re-do med. So you better come here and then go back.
