I am having a problem with both of theses forms. When I work on the form and then save it for later use I can't re-open them. They say that the forms have been changed and won't allow me to make any further changes. Does anyone have any advice or can I fill in the other forms online and print them and with these 2 forms print them and fill them out by hand? Is that acceptable?

For whatever reason there are some forms that are "protected" and the editing function for adobe has been turned off. Has something to do with the file being created with the incorrect administrative settings. I got around it by downloading Foxit. It's free. If you use Foxit go to comments, typewriter tools, typewriter tool and then click in the sections you want to edit. Worked for me after filling the questionnaire in and then wanting to make some grammar corrections only to find I had to do the whole thing over again. Can be frustrating considering all the paperwork there is to do.

You can print it out blank and fill it in by hand if you'd rather. I think black pen only is what they ask for? Or take your time filling it out by hand so all the questions are answered exactly as you want it and then type that into the PDF file so it's typed out neatly.

:)

Brilliant advice!
I ended up filling out both of those forms 5 times while gathering the information needed.

Another option is to never close the window because that is when the silly thing locks.
I'm praying that I never have to fill out this stuff again, but if I do I will get Foxit!!!

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro! It fixed the problem. Open the files with that software and you'll never have that problem again.
