Hie my friend.I applied through Pretoria VO November 2026.Got an email tewusting reason for why i cant marry my sponsor,Sent back a reply next day in Feb 2016.What stage do you think there are doing now?

Is this room still active.
I have just submitted my spousal sponsorship application for my wife who is Mauritian and whose file will be processed from Pretoria.

Gonna take a wild chance at luck here, but let's see... we are almost ready to submit our application and will send to Sydney NS after which the application will be transferred back to Pretoria. We are both applying from South Africa (common-law) and have heard horror stories about the dreaded "proof of sponsor's intent to establish in Canada" section. Any success tips from fellow South Africans? We included as much as we could about our plan, but we dont have a lease agreement or employment in place (which makes sense to me). Was just hoping to hear some success stories
