CELPIP or WES doesn't pay government of Canada. If they wish to raise revenue from immigration, then I think an easier way to raise revenue would be to increase visa fees significantly, I'm sure pretty much everyone here would pay even double the current fees easily. I was looking at Australia PR visa fees, it's more like 3 to 4 times that of Canadian immigration process. If we realistically look at the costs of processing visa applications, such as performing background checks and security checks through external agencies (who also charge fee per application), plus costs for paying visa officer and their office environment, fees are VERY reasonable in my opinion.vinodram said:This is Clear plan of CIC by increasing score, wants everyone to reappear for CELPIP or apply for suppose WES and CELPIP. This is their main revenues, hope you guys agree

Sorry to say, Your analysis is absolutely wrong.Jaxon911 said:
That is what it seems based on last couple of draws. It's a guess based on historical data. It could always be wrong, but there is a good chance that it'll be right! I think number of applicants with 420+ score will start to dry around end of this year, so from next year score might get around 400. It all depends on the number of ITAs CIC issues. Assuming CIC is doing 24 draws a year and their target is to issue around 25000 EE visas a year (like the limit they had in FSWP last year), number of ITAs per draw may soon go down significantly!
So it all depends on the secret formula which they use to decide number of ITAs to issue!
Thanks! I see you have given valid reasons to prove that.rojiv94 said:Sorry to say, Your analysis is absolutely wrong.
you have a good score. you should expect the ITA in the next two draws. High chances that you will get it in the next draw.camel20 said:our CRS is 464.. Do we any chances in the 8th Draw?
