I received the confirmation email to connect to the PR Portal with my temporary password to confirm my PR, address and picture.
When I log into the portal I get to a blank page with green ticks but not text and I am now stuck there.
I tried to connect from Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge and smartphone but I have the same issue.
I have only 3 days left to confirm. Any idea?

I just received my portal credentials and after logging in using the temporary password it gave me same blank screen with green icons
Please update this thread if it starts working.
I got my creds on Jun 24 and is facing the same issue, blank webpage with green ticks. I have emailed IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

I’m passed my due date (received confirmation on the 20th). I’ll keep you posted if I get any news for a possible extension.Same!
On my email it said that the temporary passcode is only valid for 7 days, I got the confirmation on the 24th, and now I'm panicking about this![]()
Also note that the confirmation is due in 7 days but your temporary password will be valid for 30 days. =)Same!

The more issues reported.. may be the more the chances that the issue might be treated with high impact/severity I hope...
