I received the confirmation email to connect to the PR Portal with my temporary password to confirm my PR, address and picture.
When I log into the portal I get to a blank page with green ticks but not text and I am now stuck there.
I tried to connect from Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge and smartphone but I have the same issue.
I have only 3 days left to confirm. Any idea?

please email them with a screenshot of the issue.I just received my portal credentials and after logging in using the temporary password it gave me same blank screen with green icons

I’m passed my due date (received confirmation on the 20th). I’ll keep you posted if I get any news for a possible extension.Same!
On my email it said that the temporary passcode is only valid for 7 days, I got the confirmation on the 24th, and now I'm panicking about this
Also note that the confirmation is due in 7 days but your temporary password will be valid for 30 days. =)Same!

The more issues reported.. may be the more the chances that the issue might be treated with high impact/severity I hope...
