The picture resolution is fine within the required pixels and made by a professional photographer. I finally uploaded it by brightening it up a bit because scanning made it a bit dark. Wonderful! The whole application is complete and ready to submit .... hurray .... except .... I cannot click on the next button. No, I can't. I can Go Back and start again which I did about 20 times already. But the Next button doesn't work even after checking the declaration box. I can read people had issues back in October 2023 now it's June 2024 and they still haven't fixed this issue. Thank god we spent millions of dollars on the failed ArriveCan app but to fix this simple glitch .... !? That's how our government works. Shame. I guess I'll have a trip to the post office.
