I'm still waiting. I really hope I don't wait the whole frikkin six weeks!I live in BC. But yes, the application was processed in Nova Scotia. Your card will arrive in couple of days.
I think I hit every speed bump they have in this process.

CONGRETSMy card arrived today. One week after the status updated to "we mailed your card."
Still no update on ECAS and still saying submitted on the PR card portal, so if you want updates, linking your application is definitely the way to go.
Update:Oh right around the 72-day mark. I hope mine goes through in about 2 weeks (72 days).
It's fine as long as it's still valid. (and you meet RO)Hi,
My PR renewal application shows "submitted" for 105 days and there has been no status update whatsoever. When I contact IRCC they ask me for the payment details, which I provide them and then after that they say that they will investigate and get back within 1-2 weeks.
The officer also told me that most likely my application had some issue but I haven't received any mail / communication anything.
I'm very confused and my PR card is expiring in a few weeks. If I want to leave Canada and re-enter a few days before the PR card expires it should be fine right?
IIRC even if your card expires, if you return to Canada by private vehicle and show your expired card they'll let you back in. Your status isn't expired, just the card. (But commercial means of traveling to Canada they require a valid PR card)Hi,

A rental car is considered private not commercial. I crossed with a rental car a month ago without a valid PR card.Actually, to piggyback on my last reply, does anyone know if crossing the border via "commercial means" includes using a rental car?
Good to hear! Thanks for sharingA rental car is considered private not commercial. I crossed with a rental car a month ago without a valid PR card.
Agree with above, no, it's not commercial means.Actually, to piggyback on my last reply, does anyone know if crossing the border via "commercial means" includes using a rental car?
They probably do want to know it as I think there’s room for it on the paper application. What I did was just add the state/province after the city/town. Best wishes!Quick question regarding IMM5444 5.5 Time Spend Outside of Canada, just to confirm, do they really not need to know the state/province I was visiting? Only the name of the city and country it was in? Just want to make sure because lots of cities/towns have the same name across the US. Thank you!
Submitted non-urgent application on 9/10. Called IRCC today to get application number and was told my application is in progress. Inspect tool says "Complete." According to what I've read on this thread - I'm hoping to get card soon !!
