My card arrived today. One week after the status updated to "we mailed your card." Still no update on ECAS and still saying submitted on the PR card portal, so if you want updates, linking your application is definitely the way to go.

I'm REALLY hoping I wake up tomorrow and see "Completed" and that my card has been sent tomorrow. It really sucks when everyone else you applied for at the same time (husband and daughter) got their cards weeks ago, and you're still waiting.

I managed to link AN application, but it's not my new one. The new application number does not show up on a search, even with ZAF as the city of birth. But it found my old application when I used my UCI number. So I guess that part works at least.

Call them. Maybe yours has some other weird thing in there. I found that the trick of dialing 3 3 0 when they do the Ukraine thing does get you straight in the queue. And you can request a callback.
