Thanks for letting us know. How many months ahead was your itinerary when you submitted your application?

I sent application Oct 19. Date of travel outside Canada was for Nov 8, 2015. Really short notice, 19 days. CIC delivered this time.

Finally today Afternoon I can see my case status on ecas. It wasn't appearing until today morning. Its working using Clinet ID, PR card#, receipt number.

We started processing your application on October 30, 2015.

Now need to see how soon they complete it and send the card to me.

Yeah I am hoping it is under 4 weeks. I am going to check every Tuesday now to see if there are any updates.

I sent the application in late Sept but no reply yet. Are they going to email me later to notify about the processing Statius and client ID?

Hi, Unfortunately they will not even acknowledge that they received your application. You will need to wait a couple of months before you can see it online. Your Client ID is the same which is on the Landing paper., and that will not change.

You need to wait awhile longer before you see anything.

If you are applying for the First PR after Landing, then they are quick.

Finally. got an update today on ECAS that my PR card was sent by mail on November 11, 2015 . Total Process for me was more than 5 months.

1.We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 1, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on October 21, 2015.
3.Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on October 21, 2015. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.
4.Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 9, 2015.

Hello there,

Could anyone tell me how to access e-cas to view the process of pr renewal cuz my husband is renewing his card and sponsoring me at the same time, everytime i use the client id to access ecas it just view our sponsorship application

He applied it 1st of june and they asked him for a movement certificate last month and we sent it right away, he is still waiting since then
