POF is Php 2M.... our immigration consultant said that filing for appeal takes 3 months with no assurance. She advised us to start processing my wife's papers so that by 2013, everything is set and ready to go. and the new changes in the FSW category is a lot to take in..

Your consultant did not do his home work very well, as an experienced person, he should have detected the NOC mismatch before submiting your application. I suggest you get a reliable consultant this time around to avoid wasting money unnecessarily.

i agree... there are times i think that were better off doing all of this ourselves... theyre not thorough enough...

I think you should first try for reconsideration if everything is genuine.

Re apply option is alway open for you.

Still u didnt disclose NOC

My suggestion is that you may go for appeal and you have limited time after might be 60 days. Your wife application as a nurse will have very tough competition as last time Nursing Noc was closed very soon.

If you have some relative in Toronto the check web site of www.Unfaircic.com. lawyer is Tim lehy.

Hello Pare!

Ang dami na pong nagtanong kung ano ang NOC mo, bakit hindi mo sinasagot?
Ano po ang NOC mo?
Ano ang propesyon mo na iniaplay mo sa Canada?
What is your NOC? What is you profession?
Salamat pare! Thanks!

My personal advice would be to file an appeal to CIC with an explanation to reconsider your case. Since you are not sharing any of your personal details here, disclosing your NOC will bring you no harm. And if possible, kindly mention the duties that you performed to be considered under that NOC, will be helpful for other forum members in helping you. Anyways, you are the best judge of your situation. Wishing you good luck with what ever option you choose.

NOC 9212 guys

Do you mind sharing your actual job description you submitted to CIC without disclosing your or your employers details. Only to compare it against your NOC description. Hope someone in this forum can help you sort out your issue if you are interested.
