Again, if you did not get a 9% raise, so no one else should? If you cannot work from home, no one else should? And you think if you fight for an increase you should be blamed for it?
And for people who got laid off during pandemic, who processed their CERB?
You keep saying they are overpaid, lazy etc. When every single research and heck even the federal govt. data says the opposite.
So yes these are ignorant views because they are coming out of frustration and biases. And again, nothing wrong with that too because we cant know everything right?
Everyone's frustrated with the delays but instead of trying to hold the leaders responsible, the blame has to fall on workers instead who have to work with the tools they are given.
During the pandemic, I had to suffer too. I had to fight and threaten the company for my vacation accrual when I was laid off(because I didnt get to take a single day off). And along with me were also 3 guys who made 5x more than me who weren't paid. I didn't go to them and say "why are you arguing you earned nearly 200k?"
