You should send them a case-specific-enquiry (you can do that without your consultant, it's easy) and make sure they got your package you sent. Like Zouk said, they will probably reply but if they don't, you might have to bring the stuff with you again. You should order your GCMS/CAIPS notes through your consultant (or your wife can do it with your signed permission). These would tell you if your package was received (they make notes of stuff like that on your file) AND why they asked for an interview, so you can know what you have to address when them when you get there.
As for your address change... You updated it and it worked. Then when the system crashed on e-cas, your address went back to the old one. I think they incorrectly fixed your e-cas when it went down and just input your original info (ie. you will need to update your address again due to the crash).
