am not sure much of us know about insurance brokerage @behopeful i dont think with all the overwhelming information you have for your case it would matter much, but maybe you should speak to a insurance broker.

As for the insurance question: Yes, you can attach a letter stating that hubby is your beneficiary and explain that your daughter is also included in case something were to happen before hubby arrives in Canada. That's fair.

Thanks MissD. Just didn't know if CIC would look at the beneficiary and make assumptions because my husband isn't the sole beneficiary and his percentage is significantly lower in comparison to my daughter, and also that my parents are the trustee for our daughter. I will explain everything and show them I'm one step ahead and leave nothing to doubt. Thanks again!

@moooniiieeeee yehhh wassssupp mooonie its been awhile, what remark? Dont know about any remark but i was going through a little mental crisis and @missd was stressing me out lol just kiddin so i left for awhile until POS gave me some news and i was like back in action just like bruce willis in die hard 123456 and 7. am right now sending my CSE and GCMS to POS, plus the KG forum is depressing they giving wayyyy to may visas and PPR over there making us feel kinda like left out, yeh we had @MISSD crying for week everytime she went over to KG i had to be there for her and stuff like that, for a doctor she is pretty frail, but dont tell her i told u so lol, i dont want to end up in canada and first person i see when i go to hospital is her, lol. yahoo moooniie in the house.

So I was talking to my hubby again about the AOR and we realized they sent an AOR with our UCI/File number

BUT they also sent another AOR with someone else's File number and UCI!!! So he received 2 AOR's. SMH @ POS' carelessness!!!!!!!
So what do we do now?????

Hey FAD! How are you doing mama? Miss you guys.

He's doing quite well; got his first official full time job offer today so he's pretty amped about it! He can now be a "man" and contribute to the house hold financially. He's been dying for this day since being here.

He's getting another offer sometime today/tomorrow so he's abit confused as to which one he'll decide on.

It's been a month of adjustments, finally living together. I've been busy splitting my time between work and hubbie so it's been a big change. One thing he absolutely loves is our movie nights. Lately, when I get in, he'll ask if we can have another movie night and the most joyous part is when I see the sparkle in his eyes and smile when I'm all for it. BTW, he LOVES Tyler Perry movies so it's a bonus. He gets all into it!!! We watched Boomerang on Sunday night and he got so upset @ Eddie Murphy and I had to tell him it's just a movie. LOL

He'll tell me, "babes, this is what I've been waiting for. To do these things with you knowing we don't have to leave eachother".

So one AOR came via email and one via snail mail?

POS is in such confusion! I guess this explains why some people get AOR's and others don't.
I would contact them and let them know their mistake. It's actually a pretty big deal given that it specifically breaches confidentiality. They will likely respond right away but may not and try and cover their error. I would contact them and explain (unless its my AOR and in that case forward it to me because I will be more then happy to take it and stop worrying about getting AOR!!!!) LOL!
