When do we need to submit the PCC? Will I need it when I'm applying via CIC at the very beginning, or after receiving the ITA? I want to submit the application ASAP, but it will take at least 2 weeks to get the PCC. Thanks
PCCs are submitted when you submit your application Post ITA. You get 90 days to submit your application from the date of ITAMarriala10 said:When do we need to submit the PCC? After receiving ITA, you have 90 days to submit e-APR.Marriala10 said:When do we need to submit the PCC? Will I need it when I'm applying via CIC at the very beginning, or after receiving the ITA? I want to submit the application ASAP, but it will take at least 2 weeks to get the PCC. Thanks
Simply take your ITA letter and tell them that you have to submit this PCC along with this application within 90 days. Hopefully, they will issue you the PCC.deepu2595 said:Hi guys I have a question regarding pcc. As I'm in Canada and I got the ita on feb 22 and my work permit is expiring on April 17. So I was checking the checklist of bls Brampton it says you should a have a work permit of at least 6 months so what should I do. Thanks in advance
I cannot say anything more but that you must be able to convince them that you don't have time and this document is a must for you to be able to submit this application. They should consider your case and accept your application for Indian PCC.deepu2595 said:Thank you very much and what are the chances they will accept that and any other options do you have any past experience like this
Even though it has been mentioned that residents of Punjab and Delhi can apply for PCC from SP Office and District Police Station, the PCCs issued from these places specifically covers the clearance for the applicant's stay in that region only. In India, if the applicant has stayed at the same address for their entire duration in India (since the applicant has turned 18), then the applicant can go ahead with the PCC issued from local SP Office or District Police Station.Harjit kaur dhaliwal said:Hi All,

On the other hand, if the applicant has stayed in different cities/states in India (since the applicant has turned 18), then the best would be to get PCC from PSK. PCC issued by PSK is applicable for the applicant's entire stay in India as it does not mention any address of the applicant.
I guess ur PCC was issued in June 2016vishalphonsa said:My PCC was issued from India in June2017. I got ITA in March 2017, do I need to take a new PCC as mine is more than 6 months old?

if u r residing in India, then YES you should get a new one.
If u r residing in another country and ur PCC was issued after u left India last time, then this PCC is still valid
