Hi do you mean this change will not be applicable in EE, or its not part of the CRS calculations for EE yet until late September?

i heard this annoucement but i don't have any link for that. New rules are coming in fall season and fall starts on sept 22 so i believe new rules are coming with added points of sibling and CEC and Inland NOC C and D people getting easier PR in EE

You do not get CRS points for siblings, however, if you are eligible to apply under FSW, you get 5 points for adaptability (not CRS points under FSW 67/100 points calculation).
