Hi guys,

For those of you who did upfront medicals, did the clinic give you a document that you scanned and sent to cic though case specific inquiry?

i just got back from mine and the clinic gave me an emedical document attached to my blood work form. i thought it would be for me to keep but the guys at the blood lab said they have to keep that document.

so i have no document to scan. i'm not sure what to do now. any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks guys

Go back to Doctor's clinic where you made appointment and ask for the document. Clinic receptionist will give you a document which will have First name, last name, passport number and UMI. That's what we should scan and send to CIC. If blood lab people takes it from you, you should go back to clinic and ask for another copy.

Good luck.

I just check my schedule A Background.
One of my address is wrong, I wrote Rd instead of Dr. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

I got the general reminder letter to about schedule A Background and pay RPRF since September

Should I send a new one to CIC, is it too late??? :o :o :o :o :o

My background check change from 'review in progress' to 'no need this time' since September, 2016.
What should I do????

if the address where u did the mistake is not your actual address....I think there is NOT going to be a problem at all

Hey guys:

Need your help on this!!!
I am applying for a BOWP (current PGWP expiring Jan 2017).
I have gotten AOR (email in April).

My questions are as follows:

- Is the AOR document the email that I received from CIC saying the following: "This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the Provincial Nominee Class.
Upon review of the information you have provided, your application is considered complete based upon the requirements of the Instructions and Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).
Your application has now been placed into processing.
"

- Where do I upload my AOR? After doing the questionnaire, it is giving me an option to upload my "letter of explanation" under optional documents. Is that where the AOR goes?

Also, does this look right for BOWP questionnaire?
Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? Yes
Have you submitted a permanent resident application in Canada? Yes
Do you have a written job offer? No

Thank you.

Hi Guys,

I am the January applicant and is waiting for medical request. My spouse has to go back home in the beginning of December due to his medical conditions (not serious but he has to get a surgery). He will come back Canada in a month or 2 months at max.

My understanding is that he could get a medical in home country once we have a medical request.

BUT I would like to get an upfront medical before he leaves if we didn't get a request until then. How it works?

Please explain me how upfront medical proceed.

Thanks! :)

YES YOU ARE. This is from CIC site:

Determining if a Positive Eligibility Decision has been made

For the purposes of determining if a positive eligibility assessment has been made, the processor will review if the Eligibility Assessment value is set to “Passed” in GCMS. If this decision has not been entered yet, for the purposes of this Operational Bulletin (OB), a “positive eligibility decision” will also be considered made when it is confirmed in GCMS that:

FSWP: the “Ministerial Instructions” status has been set to “Met” or a positive Final Determination of Eligibility letter/ e-mail has been sent.

PNP: the “Eligibility EC-QC/PNP” status has been set to “Passed” or the Acknowledgment of Receipt letter/e-mail has been sent by the Centralized Intake Office (CIO).

CEC: the “Eligibility CEC” decision has been set to “Passed” or the Acknowledgement of Receipt letter/e-mail has been sent from CIO.

FSTP: the Acknowledgement of Receipt letter/e-mail has been sent from CIO.

Hi there!

Yes I am. But the problem is I got fired tho due to some employer issues to TFW's. Now the province just give me 90 days to find a new employer but hopefully I will get my PR before end of this year or early January next year. I'm praying for it. I got my upfront in the province that nominated me,the doctor you will be able to see that on the cic website type panel physician.

Goodluck!
