Hello, When you land can you process PR in any Airport, for example Saskatoon?

Just for curiosity why we need to go to the border, is not possible to do that in any international airport, in the Migration Office.

CIC just received my PP today. How long it will take usually for them to send the PP back? It will be holiday soon, hope to receive them before their vacation

I don't know how Cic works today I received email from my immigration officers request to do reassessment medical because my medical expired on October 2015 .when I check my Cic account it shows medical not needed at this time and my background check it is still in progress .
Any body has logic explain about what is going on :-\ :
