PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2015 Applicants!

HI friends

I was on Implied status when i applied for permanent residency under provincial nominee program.I had applied for my work permit and valid visa which i mentioned in a letter with my PR application.I stated that i will send updated work permit and visa once i receive them.I called CIC Yesterday and told them that i have my all updated documents ready and ask them that where can i send those documents.They told me that i should wait for File number then i can send them.I asked them if CIC wont cancel my application because of this, they told no ,cic wont cancel it but they will ask for those documents later.

Today I checked my cic account..my application status is showing canceled due to incomplete application..What should I do now?

Hi Everyone,

I submitted my application on July29,2014.
I checked online for my application status, they said
On Dec3,2015: they received my application for permanent residence.
They sent my correspondence acknowledging receipt of my application on Mar2,2016.
They started processing my application on Mar3,2016.
Until now, they didn't update anything.
Is that looking like normal to wait more than 9 months to get medical request?
I am Chinese and I applied in BC Canada.
What should I do?

nothing, you cant do anyting, remember they gave you 16 months of processing, now u have spent 11 months, remains 5 months

hi,

you have to re-submit your application. we have the same situation when i got my provincial nomination. the only thing is i have submitted my new and valid work permit when i received them from IRCC. I dont know what really happened, but i can speculate that by the time the IRCC officer reviewed your APR documents it is when you were still in implied status. and maybe it took some time before you received your new work permit.

re submit a new APR together with all your documents before your nomination will expire.

You can do it at any port of entry.

Only thing is that if you do it in other province than the one that nominated you, make sure you have your plans clear to go to that province.
