I disagree. 15 months start from the date of application receipt. You can go back and get it right on IRCC websiteAyokunlex01 said:
it depends on VISA office, but the 15 months starts from from the day you Got AOR, then your application will be in que, so between 7-11 months is medicals, so within 1 months after, ppr and visa issue, anyway this timeline is common with Accra visa office, i dont no of South Africa
