It appears that MR depends on the visa office and how busy it is. VOs seem to be the bottlenecks in the process.

Inland or outland?
Please specify inland/outland for your dates if possible. It seems like that makes a huge difference in processing times.

*Today,nkareceived ng letter requesting for 1 missing req. kung hindi cla nagrequest approval letter na sana ung dumating ngaun.
Thankful pa din ako kc ambilis ng process nila ngaun kahit outside canada. Keep praying mga kababayan nothing is impossible pagdating kay God.

YES... line 4 will be added stating that they submitted you correspondence on this date and you need to submit whatever docs they required before 30 days from the date you receive the correspondence.

don't worry... UCI/AOR takes 1.5 months... received my CIC application package Feb 4,2016 by Mike and received my UCI/AOR March 18,2016.

Did anybody get an email from the CIC saying they have received their application? I am not talking about the AOR email but just an email saying that CIC has received an application. One of my friend got it but I didn't. Not sure if anybody out there is getting that.

no. they will not send you email that they receive your package (CIC forms & requirements). We just check the tracking number know the person who receive the documents.
Like me i send my package last January 30,2016 and received by Mike dated 4 Feb 2016. after a month i received email of my UCI / AOR.
