I have that but tracking is not working still.

Yes its approved .. I called today too they said they dispatched my PP on 18 Nov but tracker is still not active ... so agent said he mailed to Ottawa Office about it. and Canada post cant find it because there is no tracking. so anyone having same issue .. Can any one give me suggestion what...
