Hi Guys,

I have been requested an additional documents in September and submitted in October. There are 3 options to submit those document and one of them is Specific Case Enquiry so I did update my payment receipt and Schedule A and Police Certificate.

When I submitted the PCC I suspected it does not make sense as They don't accept a copy of PCC but instructions said I can submit documents through the Website.

This morning I have another request for PCC. I knew it!! :o I should have sent all documents by courier then I don't have to do this. They give me 30 days to submit PCC from every country I will submit the same PCC which I submitted in October but this time originals by courier I believe they are still valid as dated some date in September.

I am waiting for medical request not additional documents. ;D

I did medical November 11 last year for a different purpose but sent them upfront with PNP application in Feb. They were passed in early October...

so, Should the documents be couriered?? I sent the documents through CSE on October 15th and mycic has not updated yet.

That's my theory when you received a request they said

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate. Please submit an UPDATED ORIGINAL police certificate from South Korea. Police certificates must indicate that all records have been searched, including any lapsed records. PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

BUT when you see the instructions how to submit, it is one option to submit through CSE. I have submitted these documents along with fee receipts & Schedule A CSE on Oct 24 and received email from CIC confirmed the reception of the documents. Now they asked me police certificate again this morning, I will send the same documents but originals this time I will post what is happening.

Hi, everyone,

I was wondering what documents are requested in reminder email for inland applicants, is everyone required to Submit Police Certificate, Schedule A,Passport Photocopy and Pay RPRF?

I paid RPRF upfront without request, I haven't received any reminder emails until now, I would assume I'm supposed to get a reminder email to submit Schedule A? since other applicants who got AOR 1~2 month later than me, they all got reminder emails. Just wondering if there is anything wrong with my applications, please advise. Thanks a lot!

Hey guys
I received a REMINDER email yesterday, asking me to send ScheduleA, PCC, and RPRF, if I haven't already done that. I have already sent PCC and Schedule A, but not the RPRF. Is this really a "REMINDER" for the other two? Or they actually want me to send those again? Should I just pay the RPRF and ignore the other two?

Advice from seniors and experienced users is highly appreciated ^_^

In my case was similar and I sent again all documents :)

This is JUST "reminder". It doesn't refer any circumstances of your file. This type of email is written generally and is sent out in bulk from a batch process, which is called Batch Email and Letter App (BELA).

CIC wants to remind you to review your submitted application and documents again, and to find an honest error or missing info before they open up the file for you. If they find any error/missing, they will send you a document request email for the specific matter.

Double check your file and if all looks good, you can ignore the email now.

1. Pay RPRF and send the copy of receipt via CSE.
2. Check your submitted application and documents to find any error/missing info. This will prevent your file being on hold for update, or being refused for misrepresentation.
