I have been following this forum for a while so I thought I would share my timeline. I am in inland applicant.

June 2016 : First applied
November 2016 : Re-appplied (a form was missing the first time :'( )

AOR: February 16
Additional documents requested: August 9
Uploaded upfront MR: August 11
MR passed: August 24
Background check changed from "In Progress" to "Not needed at this time": August 25

I'm waiting for the rest.

You should be fine. After doing the medical they just do blood test and x rays of the chest. Make sure that they have the electronic system so that they can submit the results online and link it to your file.

Ask for a proof that this has been done and send it via a CSE to CIC.

Congratualtion to you and everyone else that received MR, it is such a great feeling to see you guys moving forward ;D

Hi guys, I'm October 09 applicant, Meds: passed, eligibility: passed. On my cic web site, the section regarding my background check changed today from "in progress" to "not needed at this time". Is that a good sign?
