Hi folks
i am provincial nominee,
can i move to different province after i get PR.....?
is there any restrictions to stay in same province
any one have any suggestion or opinions
Hi, I asked the same question in one thread just to know.
Senior members said there is no issues with that at present. However we are cheating the province which nominated us for becoming PR.
I can also see your point Coz sometimes due to job, health or some other reason you consider moving out.
I have also heard that immigration officers will question you for moving out of nominated province when you do pr renewals. But as of today there is no law saying you can't move. I wouldn't move out as I feel comfortable with this place. However decisions are yours.
I had done a research about it and found out these links. Hope this helps.
