Hi folks
i am provincial nominee,
can i move to different province after i get PR.....?
is there any restrictions to stay in same province
any one have any suggestion or opinions
Hi, I asked the same question in one thread just to know.
Senior members said there is no issues with that at present. However we are cheating the province which nominated us for becoming PR.
I can also see your point Coz sometimes due to job, health or some other reason you consider moving out.
I have also heard that immigration officers will question you for moving out of nominated province when you do pr renewals. But as of today there is no law saying you can't move. I wouldn't move out as I feel comfortable with this place. However decisions are yours.

I had done a research about it and found out these links. Hope this helps.

Hi Guys,
How to send RPRF receipt to cio Sydney?? I am truing through case specific enquiry but when I select "In Canada permanent residence" as my application/Enquiry type, there is no option for provincial nominees there.
So, I am confused how to send the receipt.
Please help.
Thank you

Hi,
You have to select overseas permanent residence at first and then choose provincial nomination category below. And enter all required fields.
There is option to upload and attach files.

hey guys i need small update,

i am a oct.2015 applicant for permanent residency of Canada. i got my AOR on 27th Jan.2016. i received my reminder mail on 20th of may 2016. further i dont have any update regarding my process. i did an inland application as my current status is in Canada. kindly let me know when can i expect medical request from cic?

thanks in advance

What's your exact date of application? Just asked bcz if it's late October it can be another batch too.

I am assuming that Cic would send med req for October and late September 2015 batch by July 29-Aug 5th.

I really hope so. I have not received a reminder e-mail or MR yet. I am planning on visiting my local VO on 02 August in person to try and speed things up...that is if I dont have MR by then.

Hi Guys,

So if ECAS shows that Medical has been Received, does that mean it is passed or they received it and now reviewing it and then announce it passed.

Confused :-[

MyCIC will show when you pass the medical or not.

Also side notes: if you were to turn in your Police Certificate as an additional document, your Ecas or CIC will not acknowledge that even if they have received the document.

I am a Sept 8, 2015 applicant. Did my medicals back in June 02,2016 and still no updates! :'( . Do you guys think its best to call them and check?

It's up to you to call or not. Yes for the piece of mind. Do you have your MyCIC account registered?
