Great, well done ferrari! Celebrate each and every little step your application takes.

At this stage I am celebrating each day, week and month passing as it is a little step closer to my PR Visa being issued :P

Thanx Druce!

Yeah ur so right! Celebratin each step is what keeps us goin... n makes this loooong process seem atleast just a lil bit shorter ;D ;)

You are right, ferrari. I have to say, this Forum has helped me a lot to get a better idea what to expect during the application process. We're all in the same boat here.

Same, this forum can help a lot but at the same time it can confuse you as here's a lot of people who overthink stuff or they get paranoid and panic for no reason. Our brains care about those negative info more, even if they're not based on real facts or a person forgets to mention other important details about their situation.

Stay patient is all most of us can do. I personally am in a situation where I'd love to change a job and start working on myself. But it could be worse, I still get to do things I love and enjoy when I'm off. I believe we all have been fighting through some problems during this long marathon but the end is going to be very regarding, hopefully, and we'll look back with smiles on our faces, no matters how hard it seems to be now. So keep your heads and hopes up and don't take PR for granted, there's many people with the same dream but they will never get the chance to transform this dream to reality.

Well said. I always encourage my fellow forumites to state weather it is a fact or opinion that they are posting.

Some people say things and discourage and influence other applicants negatively.

All will end well, we just have to believe!

I have seen inland May 2015 applicants getting MR recently. Inland seems to be slow.

Check out some timelines and ask questions here:

Most of the members posting here are inland and will give you a better idea of how long you might have to wait.

is your file transfer???
Yes, my file has been transferred to my Local Visa Office, Pretoria South Africa. They do not send you an e-mail and it does not get updated on your ecas though. I sent a Case Specific Inquiry and received an e-mail confirmation from my Local Visa Office that they have received my application.

No, You will need to update them your new traveling details / history after getting PR at the time of your Citizenship.

As you have mentioned just for few days or vocation so no need at this point of time but if longer time say six months for back home somewhere for job then you have to update your address and everything.....but so far you are good now

Never been there my friend

I'm inland SINP PNP nominated PR applicant sent Sept 21, 2015. Got AOR January 7, 2016. But have to leave Canada immediately because my Work permit application to my new employer got refused due to a mistake in my WP application (was supposed to be LMIA-exempt but sent an open WP application). My WP expired June 2015. I will reapply my WP while in the Philippines upon arrival.

As to my PR Application, will there be a problem to that while I am going back to my home country? WIll CIC send my application to Manila VO? What if in 4-6months I will get an approval to my work permit application there and have to move to Canada again?
