I am going to apply TRV just need some help.....

Actually in my scenario my PNP PR is in process....waiting for MR with my spouse who is living in back home....I got my BOWP couple days before....going to apply my TRV online.....but I want to ADD MY SPOUSE TOO....She is living back home....I went through the questioner and add our details and got the documentation list .....but no financial statement and other things they need ..... Just TRV form of both....Family composition and digital pics.....with marriage certificate and Copy of my permit


My questions ...

What are the chances we will get the visa?
Any idea how long they will take?
There is an optional document (Letter of Explanation) Do I need to write my story ?
Or
please share your personal experience if you have passed through all this ...

Let me tell u my case,
MY post graduate work permit is expiring this August.... so it is only 5 months left in its expiry.
I got my AOR of my PR application in January this year.
So, do u think so i am eligible at the moment to apply for the BOWP ?

Also how much time did they take to process ur BOWP application ? Was that Paper or Online ?

In your case Yes you can.....because my case was same as yours

I got my nomination but even no AOR for PR it was in process.....So after one and a half month break of PR application I applied for my extension based on my nomination certificate two month before my permit expiry.......but I would suggest you to apply at least four month before because as per CIC you can only apply 120 days before your expiry not early and minimum 30 days before your expiry.......

So I applied 60 days before and got the permit after 120 days and I was on implied status for almost two months since my permit and PR was in process.

Well in my case I called the agent and he sent me link for paper application as per my case and asked me not to apply online so it depends upon case to case. I think you should call them they will properly guide you according to your case.

Manila Office is very fast. You are one of the few Aug-Sep 2015 that received MR. We are all still waiting for MR.

My point is, you will be one of the first to get DM or PPR.
