Here's the procedures on how to link Paper-based application to MyCIC account.

Actually, just got it from other forum and the person who tried it has successfully link his application.

I am so hopeful that some of the September 2015 applicants will get PPR this month. Not so long ago the norm was 12 months. Lets hope CIC kicks it up a notch and follow this past trend again this month

Update: My friend Oct 8 Appn. got Med today and I was reading on April-May-June thread, couple got PPR today too.. Seems finally CIC is back to work..
