To tell you the truth this process waiting for AOR is abnormal, meaning that state of Canada must know that all of us that have been nominated we have plans in Canada and nothing absolutely nothing is connecting us any more with our mother land, so when i wake up in the morning i tell my self what a f**** m'i still doing in this country (home country). So people there in Nova Scotia that are sending AOR they must be more responsible since we are future residents of Canada and they must speed up this process. I don't know what are they looking at those documents because in check list there are not more than 10 documents to check, so checking 10 documents for more than 3 months that tells me that there is absolutely no responsibility from their side.

Look, as long as you are not getting your visa on hand, your application can be rejected on many grounds. Although number of these type of cases are small. Try to think in this way, completing one step means you are one step further towards your destination without any guarantee that the path will end wherever you wanted. So cheer up my friend. You reached another step further.

Those one that didn't receive yet AOR I recommend you to call CIC and ask for your application, since I have read at the forum that people that did send documents to CIC on JUNE 2015 waited for three months and when they did not get the AOR they called CIC and asked for their application, some of them after 10 days after the call got AOR.
I send my doc's to CIC on 30/07/2016 and CIC received them on date 04/08/2016 and I'm going to wait until October after that I'm going to call them, it is my right to know what happened with my application, maybe they send back the application and Post offices did through application in junk.
