These days LVO office is not sending second AOR. I received direct Medical request after 36 days of my AOR. The same case with some one else from group. He too got direct Medical after 32 days of AOR.
The background check changed to in process just one day before medical request in both cases

36 days after AOR and u got medical request, London Visa office, super speed

I have received my Paper base packet which returned by CIC with ticking the reason as mentioned below : (Envelop was totaly opened and sent by ordinary post, which Postman threw it at my home compound with a sweet sound "Dhamm" ), which got delivered on 24 June at Sydney
Proof of Language Profeciency
Starting July 1, 2012, some applicants of Provincial/Territorial Nominee Programmes are required to complete a language proficiency test from one of the following designated agencies :
IELTS (General Training Test only)
CELPIP (General Test Only), and/or
TEF
Please Note : The Nominating Province has indicated you require a language test to be submitted to IRCC with your Permanent Resident Application. If there is a discrepancy in the information the Province has provided to our department (Language Test required) , Please contact the Province for direction before resubmitting your application.

Hi, I got my first AOR on 18 sep. Before this, I can check my status through mycic and it showd"open", but now, after received AOR, sign in account, it showed "the current status is unavailable", quite strange.

are you able to check your application status through mycic now? my account stopped working after receiving AOR. I can only check application status through cic.gc.ca.

When did cic receive ur file? Sometimes there is some technical problem on site . So don't worry.

Did you link your application? Did you check if they have charged your CC because there are so many ways to check it...

I am still waiting for AOR . Cic received my file on 9th june ,2016 . I am so worried . What is happening? I am going to ask cic via ircc web form today, because if they keep our file for more than 3 months n if they send file back then by the time our nomination will be expired. Keep me update about ur file if u get AOR. Thanks buddy

I linked my application and keep saying "open" but nothing else i can see on that. I paid my fee online and submit with my file. So now i have no option to check it. So frustrated

If they cancel my application then I'll get my credit back, that's the only way to know. The online status is showing open but it's now more than 3 months. My nomination is expiring this month so I'm a bit concerned! Keep me updated Alpit, looks like we're in the same boat

One more thing I forgot to tell u. If they send ur file back to u , they will not send u money back right way . U have to request for that . Because if u pay online and submit with ur file, in case if u get file back .then u can use same online payment for reapply. So don't expect that u will get money back and u will know that our file is being rejected. Hopefully our file will not be rejected . Keep fingers crossed.

Hello, CIC received my file on 13 June 2016. Applocation linked to online CIC website shows as open. So you are not alone. I haven't received AOR yet either.

We guys should keep each other updated. Or friends of someone who applied after us amd got AOR .so just describe here. Make our community bigger so we will know each single steps of cic people.
