You can contact them through this email VIENNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca Dont forget to ask them for extension of your medicals until you get new passport. Regards

If you have proof that your docs were lost meaning if you have police declaration and other stuff than send an email to Vienna with the attached police declaration and ask them to extend your medicals until you get new passport.

Did you sent police and court certificates in the beginning. If yes than you are OK, because I didnt sent police certificate with the package. Thats why they asked me to sent additional docs beffore two months.

My Background check chaged today, from N/A to In Process, does anybody know how much until PPR? (Medicals done beffore 4 months, additional docs provided beffore 2 months.)

They are terrible. Trying to call them since morning but they are not picking up the phone, even the phone that is dedicated only for Canadians they do not pick.
