Did u try to contact cic ? I called them and they say u have to send messages to IRCc web . I did that and waiting for their reply. Hopefully they will reply. Lets see

Fancal: High Five... June 10 applicant here

Alpit: The fact that we haven't got our applications back when some late June/July applicants have, states that we have complete application. Also incomplete application will change the online status to cancelled which is still "open" for me. It's just a delay in their processing. Don't be too worried. I sent them a web form question, hope they will reply soon!

When did u send message to IRcc web form? I sent yesterday about inquiry. Lets see . Keep in touch . I will give u updates

I have received a request for medical and payment of right of permanent residence fee from LVO today to be done in 30 days.
Looks like LVO is progressing rapidly.

I received my AOR from CIO on 24th August 2016.

CIC has returned my Paper base due to " Cancelled as Incomplete" and don't refund the Processing Fee, which I paid through Credit Card instant payment. What is the reason? I would send my Application again after IELTS exam by next month. Have I to Processing Fee again or my earlier paid fee will work?
