Yes i did..it was a PCC from singapore.. i was expecting MR because my friends received medical request prior to PCC..

I tried to send through CIC site but there is no category under PNP. I just sent by mail.

Yes, you may send it through CSE. It is mentioned in the email. You may select Overseas PNP and in the message you may say that you are an inland PNP applicant. I sent that through CSE and also received an acknowledgment that they have attached it to my file.

Bro, attach it to Case Specific Enquiry and send it to them. Remember file should not be greater than 2Mb
