Manila is little slow hence thinking that they will start in sometime. Also you might have requested your notes before or around your MR-RPRF email time period. As they start processing the application with sending this email first (as far as i see the posts from some of the applicants), they would have initiated it now. So you can see the progress in the next few months.
Also actually these are just matter of few months time frame to complete as they revisit the applications sooner than any other VOs. So give it some more time and request gcms again.

Even I received the same today

I saw some posts in Jan on verifying the documents and some were requested few documents too for Apr applicants hence thinking that they are starting to process for some of them little late in initiating eligibility and criminality.

The 4th line after medical received.That's when i received the note to update the Background declaration.Does anyone else has this note in the ecas? And i did update my address when i submitted the new background form but in ecas is still shows the old address.Do i have to change it or are they going to update it themselves?
