Got my PPR today...Yahoo.. Medical March 11 2015, RPRF June 19 2015, In Process June 23 2015, DM July 17 2015, PPR July 23 2015.
I have a question regarding Police clearance certificate.
I am an inland applicant. I provided police clearance certificate from my back home. Do I need to provide police clearance certificate from Canada as well (RCMP)?

Thanks everyone! I thought there would be a flood of others but doesn't seem so. One thing I learned is that if you're from a visa exempt country the only difference is that they ask for copies instead of your actual passport, I mailed the copies along with 2 photos they ask for. It looks like the wait is about 8 business days to get the actual COPR form from them to land. So more waiting..

I also got COPR today :)
I have small doubt about BioData. Is it that table to fill up that is in the end of the email? just name, height and eye colour. Thats all?

Thanks

I am september 4 applicant
IP on may27 with pcc request and rprf fee

Just wondering about BioData form. there was no separate form attached to email only small table with height and eye color in the end. is it what they call biodata or i need to search for special form?

I believe that's bio data. I will look for confirmation and / or send a PM to another successful applicant from a visa-exempt. Look into the august forum

Hi! did they give u 2mos to submit your pcc?

I got requested PCC with email stating:

" Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Please submit an original police certificate from the United Kingdom. PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED."

I ended up sending PCC from UK only (I originally submitted all of them, but it sounded they wanted the UK one, as it expired over the year of processing my app.) I believed it was discussed before - has anyone got the experience, if it is enough, sending just the one they requested specifically or did I fail by not sending all of them again?

Thanks!

Application September 9
Medical March 24
IP June 26 with PCC request and RPRF

Hello,
I had the same question, but no clear answer... i also lived in 2 countries, submitted both pcc with original application, but when i got additional information request they highlighted my home country only. I called CIC but agent she was confused herself :D she was not sure what to suggest so advised me to send both (just in case)

but in my personal opinion it is enough to send just the one they ask, otherwise both would be highlighted, right? ::) I think first sentence is just from general rules and second is specified what exactly they need

try to call them as well, maybe another agent will give better advise

Hi Butintin, sorry what do you mean "2mos"? :)

I mean, did they give u 2 months to submit ur PCC upon request? Its a specific timeline on until when you can send the documents request. They requested PcC from me too last july 3 and i was given until sept 3 to comply or submit the document
