CIC really make people confuse! one said my file is still in Sydney, another one said only Ottawa can make decision (which means my file in in Ottawa already)
OK, I just wait then!
Sydney has been helping out Ottawa in processing the applications for a lot of candidates. However only ottawa can stamp on the passports. So once sydney makes DM, they transfer file to Ottawa and then someone in ottawa office will confirm the decision and send ppr.

All of our applications had to make a move to Ottawa from sydney at some point. Mine took 3 weeks. Your transfer is simply taking place at the end of your process instead. You are near the end of the road. Just be patient for a few more days/weeks. It is coming.

Thank you MK! :-*

Randy, gildeh, shareview you should be getting your PPRs by end of next week (considering that our applications are 2 weeks apart).
In any case, sending prayers so that you donot have to wait that long.

Hey randy your and my file was placed in process same day on 25 May I applied on June 2nd keen me updated If you get any reply. Which Provence did you apply from?

Though I haven't received DM yet, I have a question for the landing process. Does the immigration agent at the border asks for the funds statement/ job letter etc? I heard that one needs to have $10,000 in one's account when landing.

Sure, I will post it here. I am from Ontario.

I just received my PP and COPR.
One question: All details are correct except the original and last date of entry in copr. Both are the same as last date of entry. Do I need to call cic regarding this? I had entered before that date and travelled for 5 days after that date(after application)...
Visa issues on 1/6/2015, next working day after cic receipt

Nope, they haven't asked anything related to my financial status or savings. He asked about my current address, and if I had any criminal background so far. I just handed the documents (along with my previous study/work permits as he takes these off), the officer processed the files and informed me about my rights in Canada. He also suggested to update my SIN and provincial/company insurance stuff, and welcomed me to Canada.

The US officers were quite helpful as well, they asked the generic questions if I had any criminal records and other stuff.
