Although I still have to wait two months for the PR card.

Did they mention anything about not being able to travel outside Canada without the PR card? We have an upcoming trip after we land, but it's just by land. And by land, I mean using our own private vehicle. I believe I read that we're allowed to travel outside Canada through our own private vehicle and just present a copy of the COPR. Please correct me if I am wrong, or if they gave you any info about this scenario. Thank you!
