Thanks for clarification!gennyquan said:1=> nothing to worry about it. ECAS is always slow in updating.
2=> After you have your passport pasted with immigration visa (or CoPR if you are from exempt country), you will see expiry date in that visa (or the CoPR) and you have to do landing process before that day.
You can print the email and send it along with the passport as it contains all the information.Jeremyyao said:Hello, in the PPR email, it says "Quote your application number on your correspondence". Is the correspondence referring to the email itself which I need to enclose in with the passport, or I need to submit an additional letter which includes the application #, name, DOB, address. and phone?

The guy said that COPR is not accepted for travel in airports. So you cannot travel until you get your PR card or are willing to apply for visa once you get out of Canada if you are flying.Sparkling said:Congrats MK!
Did they mention anything about not being able to travel outside Canada without the PR card? We have an upcoming trip after we land, but it's just by land. And by land, I mean using our own private vehicle. I believe I read that we're allowed to travel outside Canada through our own private vehicle and just present a copy of the COPR. Please correct me if I am wrong, or if they gave you any info about this scenario. Thank you!
Told you!! our batch is almost done. Just a few more left. I think by the end of this month we will all be done .cannonbarrel said:Never did. My ecas updated from Application received to Initial Process today morning and is still IP but received a PPR email from CPC-O
Dear astasi, I finally updated my timeline in my signature. You can update the spreadsheet, lest people still need it for reference.
