exactly after 2 months from your IP.huh that means we july have to wait one more month >:( ;D

Sorry, just realized I made a mistake. My status changed to in process on Mar. 17 not Mar. 7....so i guess you can eliminate the thought of waiting for 2 months ;D

Got a RCMP request for my home country.
This is sort of stupid given I sent the rcmp last year and never been back to home country since...

Why dont you put a copy of the one you sent before and get a RCMP for your Canada residency. Then, explain this in a cover letter accompanying with the stamps on your passport that verifies your last entry to Canada!

Good News guys!! after 2 months wait.. I got MR.

Is there any doctor in Toronto that do the medicals in weekends?

There's a Francis Li who doesn't even need appointment and operates on weekends...(I've never been there and I heard some not-so-nice reviews but I guess that's the price of quick...)

Did your pcc expire? It has 1 yr validity.

Actually it's close to expiry I think....but they only asked for the one in home country...

Not sure i understand correctly. PCC from home country and countries where we stayed > 6 months are mandatory.
RCMP for canada is only if they ask u separately.
So if your pcc from home country hasnt expired, why would they ask you to resubmit unless there is a reason (some error on the certificate)

oh okay I see...the PCC probably just expired.....the rcmp hasn't though
my point is you can't commit crime in one place without even be there....

Yes, thats where i m getting to. If no error with certificate, you should call cic and ask if it is really necessary. They may ask for a letter (as some suggested )and passport copies for evidence. If you havent travelled, you obviously havent commited a crime. They are just following the rules; worth trying.

Have you got RPRF?

I paid it upfront.
