Yes, thats where i m getting to. If no error with certificate, you should call cic and ask if it is really necessary. They may ask for a letter (as some suggested )and passport copies for evidence. If you havent travelled, you obviously havent commited a crime. They are just following the rules; worth trying.

Have you got RPRF?

I think the idea behind asking for Police Cert. even if you haven't traveled there in the meantime is that you might have committed a crime but have left the country before there's been a court of law, trial, conviction, etc... so you might technically become guilty after you leave a place.

What a lazy last few weeks for us... No Update pretty much all this week, only couple PPRs, 11th month into the application received still nothing, I really hope I get PPR like Deep deep on a Saturday morning, lets raise our hopes for next week, we are not so far away now guys....

I have a quick question for you guys: Do we need to mail the "Schedule A" to form to CIC or scanning and emailing is sufficient?
I was asked to send them an updated Schedule A.

schedule A background needs your original ink singature so you need to send the original one by post.

have a question. After we have our medical test done, do we need to mail the receipt or the confirmation doc we got from clinic to cic? or we just sit tight and a let clinic/cic take care of it.

the clinic will take care of it. keep a copy of the receipt with you just in case for the future

Hi Shareview. I did my fingerprint on Thursday and my medical on Friday. I will be waiting for my RCMP certificate and then will mail it to CIC along with Schedule A.
