Well ...but DM does not mean the whole application's completed...
i called CIC asking for the reason and got different answers.

Hope I can get ppr asap.

You got what all the people here want, my friend. Read it carefully and do what they asked. Remember to ask for tracking number (Both way if you send your passport within Canada). You're almost there.

What Does "Decision Made" status means , does it mean that processing is complete or does it mean that its in next phase of processing

They ask me for IMM5669 Schedule A, employment letter, previous 6 months paystubs, T4's, and proof of funds. My husband was asked to send only IMM5669.

Yes the first course of action I would take is to call CIC right after the Decision Made to see if it's an approval it hopefully will be

Yes the decision made is the last step towards your application , now you just need to be little patience and wait for the PPR, passport Request and then you will submit your passport to get visas.

It means the process is complete and they will ask you for your passport (PPR) or if you are from visa exempt country they will send you directly the Confirmation of Permanent residence letter. I got Decision Made yesterday too and I am waiting for that letter now. We are almost "there". Congrats
