One of my friend, whose client works in CIC but in different department, said that CIC was tired of inconsistency in OPNP because of problem from Ontario side, which got fixed now and the process goes faster than expected. Hopefully, it turns out to be true in our case.

That means same as the Auditor Generals report said is last November, which brought all this QA excercise and this delay.
 
A friend of mine got medical received , IP, rprf request and decision made in 1 day.
after 1 year of AOR
No updates by CIC, directly RPRF and decision made.
will get PPR next week.

AINP submit in NS CIC- August 05
File Number- Oct.03
Medical Request- 06 Oct.
Medical received- 23 Oct.
Finger Print Request- 09 Feb.
Finger Print Received- 05 March

probably 1-2 months if they don't require any additional documents.

File received CIC: 29 September, 2014
AOR received: 24 Feb, 2015
Medical request: 9 March, 2015.
