Why, was your PCC process painful?

What do you mean, "obviously expired"? Where did you find that information?

I am confused. The date of my PR application was on June 9, 2014. So according to CIC, my PCC should not have been issued more than 3 months *before* that.

My PCC was issued in August 2014, *after* my PR application was submitted. And the PCC validity is 1 year, as far as I understand. Isn't my understanding correct?

They're asking for it now so I naturally assume they're expecting the updated version issued no more than 3 months ago from now, as you didn't submit it back then in June.... but hey I shouldn't say 'obviously" as it's only my opinion...

normally it takes around 2-4 weeks .mostly after 1 week of your dr sends report.

It make perfect sense to me, but I am not an expert. The reason they say 3 months is most likely because the VO want to see a valid certificate at the moment of review of your file.. several months down the line. If you haven't visit the county since them mentioned it in the covering letter.

But when I tried to check my status through On-Line Services, I don't see any results. it says

This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
