Is it completely safe? I mean no further information is needed to apply under Privacy Act? I am planning to apply for GCMS Notes today. Let's see. 9 months and still no AoR, I am freaking out right now.

Why would it be unsafe? There is no relation between this and PR processing. It is your right to know about information about you on you own application.

Ordered the notes on jan 29. So far (March 2) haven't heard from the CIC. How many of those on forum ever had the notes delayed? :/

QUICK QUESTION FOR GCMS NOTES:

Do we have to sign the IMM5744 Form physically, then put the Scan on our request? Moreover, I have a spouse who is Out of Country, do I need his signs too?

You dont need to upload that form for yourself, but for your wife, yes you do. If you do not, then GCMS note will not have any info of your wife. It happened in my case.

My file status now says "Medical Received"

I got my AOR almost three weeks ago and i am yet to receive medical request, most people on the forum seem to be getting medical request within 2 weeks. I am inland applicant under Ontario PNP. Should i be worried? I called the cic call center and they said there is no update or note on my file. All they can see is the AOR that was sent...

Don't worry. It takes time sometimes. Depends upon the officer handling ur case. U will get MR in this week for sure.

It will only show medical recieved once they have received medical for all the applicants in the file.
