Same boat with Dr Francis Li, did my medicals more than 3 weeks ago. I called them up a few days back, and they said they uploaded the results, but it's not showing up in ECAS for some reason.

It take 2 weeks for doctors to upload the results and then it further takes 2-4 weeks for CIC to upload it on ECAS. Due to heavy load of files, they are running slow. We all need to be patient.

Thanks. I talked with Call centre agent and suggested me to send email mentioning that previous medical's validity. Hope it would not delay the process.

I have same problem. I talked with cic call center representative. She told me to send fees receipt or form given by doctor to submit to cic via email and/or mail.

They are supposed to be valid for one year. Based on that, you should not need to do it all over again.

Please check out my timeline to the left of this post.
I got app received June 30, 2014; started processing your app Sep. 30, 2014; and medical received.
FBI clearance was requested on 9/22/14 and submitted on 1/30/15 (deadline extended from 11/22 to 1/30)
I'm now waiting for DM and PPR. Anybody has any idea when I should expect this?! (RPRF paid when app was submitted to CIO-NS)

Any news guys? Few of my friends, without the QA call, have received the AoR lately. Moreover, does a dependent delays the processing of the file as-well?

Any news guys? Few of my friends, without the QA call, have received the AoR lately. Moreover, does a dependent delays the processing of the file as-well?

The last time i sent you a survey summary, few of us without qa/aor don't have dependents inlcuding me. And many with dependents are processing faster.
May be they have accidentally tumbled over the pile they missed all this time.

That is good news then I suppose. If people without QA are getting AOR, it means we are not a on a separate queue or pool. On another note, the MP's office I contacted got back to me and they could not really give any new info other than the fact the file is not lost and it was last updated on 18th Feb.

Also I talked to CIC again regarding WP extension for PGWP and was told that I should select LMIA exception and not OWP/BOWP as type of permit.

Yes. LMIA Exemption is completely safe. However, you're gonna receive a bond WP.

@Randy @_MK_ Sorry to break the bubble guys but I was talking to CIC about that and one of the agents said that they might put that on hold to ??? since we will be applying with the ON PNP certificate. I am in the same boat. I Dont know what to do. Again not everyone told me this. It was just one Agent.

But on the positive side. If the work permit expires and if you have an WP application in process your current WP will turn into an Implied status .

Yes I am aware of that. I have talked to several agents at different points of time and they have given me different information each time.
Being "on hold" is not the worst thing that can happen. A colleague of mine applied with AOR and got rejected for BOWP for some reason.

Are you guys refering to bowp based on employee restricted pnp certificate?

cic clearly mentions that

Foreign nationals in the Provincial Nominee Program are eligible if they have provided a copy of the nomination letter issued by the nominating province or territory with their application and there is no indication that employment restrictions exist as conditions of the nomination.

This new update i think happened in end of december and hence the confusion among agents

I'm hoping it's not the case that CIC finished all the QA ones, and now just go back to continue where they left with(Sept applicants), and completely skipped May-August applicants again.
