Sammy you can change employer. Just inform the change of jobs to CIC.That will do.

You cant change if you are in the international stundet with job offer stream.

Just got this email

I am a Quality Assurance officer with the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program. We have been asked by the federal government (the CIC) to follow up on immigration cases which the province had previously nominated for permanent residence in Canada. Immigration processing by the CIC of those selected cases has been halted until we report back on the items listed below. In order to complete our report, I request your answers to the following questions –
1) Where are you currently residing?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2) What is your current employment?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3) Please confirm what institution you studied at?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4) What was your field of studies, i.e., specialization, if any?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5) Do you intend to live in Ontario?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6) Please confirm your residential phone number and personal email address.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your rapid response will be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, in the event we do not succeed in getting in touch with you, our instructions are to report that we have been unable to find you in Ontario, which triggers a process which can conclude with the cancellation of your provincial nomination.
If your case reaches that stage, it is possible that the CIC would conclude the processing of your immigration case was based on false information, which could result in your permanent residence application being denied.

Funny thing they used so absurd language "Immigration processing by the CIC of those selected cases has been halted until we report back on the items listed below." Almost all of the applications are being halted not "those selected cases". There's nothing wrong with your application mate! Everything is wrong with the whole process.

Exactly. They are just covering their part.

It would be interesting to find if there's any progress after they finish the QA call/email. Many people are saying they were given a 6-8 weeks timeline during the call. If anyone who has got the call/email a month ago could respond then that could shed some light on it.

I sent an email to Sydney office in sep. Got a standard reply this week - Your enquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate party for review and follow up.
After a few hours got another standard reply from CPC Ottawa - This is to confirm that we have received your application. Please note you will be notified once a file number has been assigned to your application.

I received my GCMS notes today (had requested it in October for the second time after the first one was requested in July).
Nothing has changed at all since then.

To the one managing spreadsheet:

Please add a column of the QA calls and emails.
So that we can track who got call and when they got call/email.
this way we can know how much time does it take to get AOR after call/email.

I got email from OPNP on 17th Nov

its confusing some guys said yes I can change but some said no I don't know what I have to do

For best answer, Call OPNP or some good immigration agent. Please ask some expert before taking any decision. Don't screw up ur file for some silly reason. This is my advice.

I second indocanadian13! I know the importance of sharing information/experience and to be honest only this forum is keeping me sane because I know I am not alone in this journey. But for a decision of such importance you may want to take the suggestions of others with a grain of salt.

Do you mind to share the email address from which you received the email? So that we can add it to our contact list to avoid it from going to spam folder.

I didnot get any call or email from them. I called them to inquire and they said, if they need to they will reach out otherwise you need not worry.
